Help placing an order

Ordering from tent-tents.com is quick and easy. Our ordering process consists of four clear steps. Your order will be final after confirmation.

  • 1.Select your products
    Add quantity desired, and then click order now, this item is added to your shopping cart. Now you choose to go back and shop or continue order. Here you see the items that are in your shopping cart Click on continue order to order these items.
    - The button continue shopping, to return to the store.
    - Changed your mind? Click on the delete to remove a product.
    - Ready to stop shopping? Click to order continue.
  • 2.Enter your personal data
    In Your data screen you enter your address. Your order will be delivered to the address provided. It is recommended that somebody be present at the time of delivery to sign for receipt. Fields with an asterisk (*) are therefore required to fill. Then click on terms and condition: I accept the General conditions from Obelink BV. Now, Continue Order
  • 3.Please check your order.
    Choose your payment method. Click on one of the following methods:
    - Pay Later (Bank transfers)
    - VISA, MasterCard or Pay Pal
    - Is everything correct? Then you can complete by clicking on Send Order button.
  • 4.Send order
    - If you clicked pay later, the next screen that tells you about the e-mail you will receive. This email will confirm your order and give you banking information to transfer payment.
    - If you selected pay pal or credit card. You need to select which credit card or pay pal you want pay with. The appropriated form will be next. Follow direction.


Order Status email

Order Confirmation:
After we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This is again a list of all ordering information. Make sure the confirmation is not in the spam folder.

Payment Confirmation:
After we have recieved your payment.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once tent-tents.com sends your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with DPD package tracking code. This simply follow your order through the www.DPD.com.
